How to View Playback Statistics and Last Viewed Date for a Panopto Folder

Directions:

  1. Log into auth.slu.edu with your username and password.
  2. Click the Panopto tile.
  3. Navigate to the folder you want to work with.
  4. Click the Statistics icon at the top of the folder on the right of the blue bar.

  5.  The next page shows the playback analytics for the folder.  The last view date for the content in the folder can be identified on the Views and Downloads by Day chart.

Modifying the dashboard date ranges:

The dashboard defaults to show the playback statistics from the last 30 days.  To change the date range:

  1. Click the Last 30 Days drop down at the top right of the page to change the date range.
  2. Select a new date range from the options provided.
