How do I access my Financial Aid Offer information?
 

Access Financial Aid Offer through Email:

Follow the steps below to access your Financial Aid Offer through the email sent to your SLU email or personal email address:

1. Navigate to the Financial Aid Offer email sent from slusfs_notify@slu.edu
2. Select the highlighted text from the sentence stating "You may view your offer by clicking here."
3. Once the Financial Aid Award Letter has been opened, navigate to the Next Steps section.
4. Under Complete Verification select the Complete Now button.
5. Log into the portal using your SLU Net ID and password.
6. You will be directed to slu.studentforms.com to register your account on the Online Forms Platform.
7. Confirm the following student information to match provided FASFA information:
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
   3. Date of Birth
   4. SSN (Do not include dashes)
   5. Banner ID
8. Once the account has been created, you will be brought to complete any Financial Aid documents needed to finalize your financial offer.
    

Access Financial Aid Offer through SMS/Text:

Follow the steps below to access your Financial Aid Offer through the text message sent to the student's phone number:

1. Navigate to the Financial Aid Offer text message you have received.
2. Tap the address link in the message that directs to slu.campuscommunicator.com
3. Once the Financial Aid Award Letter has been opened, navigate to the Next Steps section 
4. Under Complete Verification select the Complete Now button
5. Log into the portal using your SLU Net ID and password.
6. You will be directed to slu.studentforms.com to register your account on the Online Forms Platform.
7. Confirm the following student information to match provided FASFA information:
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
   3. Date of Birth
   4. SSN (Do not include dashes)
   5. Banner ID
8. Once the account has been created, you will be brought to complete any Financial Aid documents needed to finalize your financial offer.

If you have not already done so, activate your mySLU account. Instructions are available here. Please allow up to 48 hours after you activate your mySLU account for access to the Student Forms platform to be active.

If this is your first time accessing our Online Forms Platform, you will need to register your account. Please ensure that your information is the same as reported on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA).
