Invite all to the meeting
Open Breakout Session Window and rename Rooms with the Interviewers' names
Assign individuals to breakout rooms
Set options –
See attached PDF for Image of Example Zoom Configuration
Allow participants to return to Main Session at Anytime
Breakout Rooms Close automatically after 14 minutes
Notify me when time is up
Set countdown to 60 seconds
Open all Breakout Rooms – when finished should close automatically
Let Rooms Close
Reassign – click the blue number next to the breakout room and reassign (move) applicants by unchecking the previous interviewee and checking the next interviewee – leave Interviewers checked (since they remain in their room)
Open all Breakout Rooms
Repeat for each session
