File menu

Click on
Mail
.
Click the button to the right labelled
Stationery and Fonts…
Choose the tab
Personal Stationery
.
Under
New mail messages
, change the font to what you prefer.
Under
Replying or forwarding messages
, change the font to what you prefer.
Click
OK
to save the changes.
Close
Outlook Options
and restart the application.
