Turn Around times:

  • Posters are printed while you wait (first come - first served).
  • During high traffic times, it is better to submit your poster a week ahead of time, submission link: HERE .
(April is an example of a high traffic time with countless conferences, final projects and symposiums.)
  • Submitting your poster early also allows for time to correct possible problems.
(This can be very important if this is your first poster print.)

If creating a poster for a conference, please see the below Conference Requirements:

  • Verify the maximum size poster allowed at the conference or symposium
  • Use one of our provided PPTX templates if they match your conference dimensions
  • Create a custom-sized Power-Point slide to fit size:
  • Under the Design tab in PowerPoint, click Page Setup
  • Enter the width and height you want for the poster

Note: 56 inches is the largest dimension you can use in a PowerPoint slide.
For any print larger than 56 inches, set both height and width to half the size of your poster.
You can then print the file at twice its dimensions.
