What is it?
There are several 3rd Party tools that can be integrated into canvas. Faculty may use this service to request new tools be integrated into their Canvas courses.
Who is Eligible to use it?
Requestor must be listed as an Instructor in a Canvas course.
Service Pre-requisites
Approval for requests to add 3rd-party tools in Canvas is not guaranteed. Some 3rd-party tools are relatively easy to integrate into Canvas and come with no additional costs to the University. Others require more extensive effort and a commitment to funding from the requester. This form is only used for the canvas.slu.edu site. Contact Zak Mussig (zachary.mussig@health.slu.edu) to request a 3rd party tool for the School of Medicine's Canvas site.

Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm
Service Level Agreement
Requests will be initially reviewed evaluated within 3-5 business days. Depending on the request, further review may be required before a final decision can be made. If approved, implementation time lines will vary based on the type of tool, vendor specifications, available ITS resources, and other factors.
