What do I do if my PowerPoint "clicker" cannot advance my slides?

Answer

In the event the "clicker" in the classroom is not working, check the batteries. That is the most common reason for "clicker failure."

These devices usually take standard 'AAA' batteries, though some models may take "AA" or "AAAA" batteries.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Verify the battery type.
3. Acquire new matching batteries.
4. Replace the batteries, and re-start the device.
5. The 'clicker' should automatically sync with the PC.
