How does one report issues with classroom technology?

Answer

To report urgent technology issues that occur during class:

  1. Call 314-977-4000 and choose Option 1.
  2. Press the 4099 Support button on the Crestron touch panel in the classroom. 

On-site support hours are Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

For Priority 1 issues during these hours, such as urgent incidents involving classroom technology, we dispatch a technician to the room within 15 minutes.

For all classroom technology issues outside of these hours, our on-call technician will call the customer within 15 minutes to determine the best course of action.

If you wish to report a technology issue in a classroom that isn't urgent, please call the Service Desk at 314-977-4000 and choose Option 4 to notify ITS.
