Context:

Beginning June 2023 SLU is using PaperCut Deploy to install printers on University-managed machines. The steps below describe how to set up printers on your University Mac.

How to Install:

1. Open Finder and select Applications from the left.
2. Under Applications, open Self Service.
3. Locate the PaperCut - Print Deploy Client icon.
4. Click Install.
5. Once finished installing, you will have a new Papercut Deploy icon in your menu bar.
6. Locate the PaperCut MF Client icon.
7. Click install.
8. You should now also have the PaperCut MF icon on your menu bar.
9. It may take up to 30 minutes to complete installing the deployed printers.
