Help With Applicant Portal Login Issues

If you're having problems logging into auth.slu.edu, please reach out to SLU ITS at (314) 977-4000.

If you're having problems logging into the Billiken Gateway (or your applicant portal) as part of the process to apply to Saint Louis University, your login credentials are not the same as the username and password that you will eventually be assigned if you choose to attend SLU. All members of the SLU community have a username and password that they use to access almost all resources on campus as part of our Single Sign-On (SSO) system.

During the online application process, there is a completely different system with its own username and password. This may also be referred to as the Applicant Portal or Slate. The url for undergraduate is undergradapply.slu.edu and for graduate it is gradapply.slu.edu.

Reaching out to ITS for password assistance will not help. ITS has no control over the Applicant Portal. See below who to contact for assistance.
