How to provide authorized access to your account in Payment Suite.

Resolution

NOTE:  The preferred browsers for BillPay is Firefox or Google Chrome.
If the BillPay site does not load, clear your cookies and cache in Firefox or Chrome and reload your page.
 

Follow the steps below to set up an Authorized user to your Payment Suite:

  1. Open a web browser and go to auth.slu.edu.
  2. Log into the portal with your SLU Net ID and password.
  3. Select Applications to the left.
  4. Click the tile labeled Payment Suite.
  5. From the Payment suite action bar, hover over My Account and click  Authorized Users from the menu.
  6. Under the Add Authorized Users page, type the  Email address of the person you want to grant access to pay.
  7. Checkmark the checkbox if you would to allow this person to view your statements.
  8. Checkmark the checkbox if you would to allow this person to view your payment history.
  9. Click Continue.
  10. Checkmark the I agree Checkbox.
  11. Click Continue.
  12. The person will receive an email with instructions on logging into their newly created account.
    • Please Note: NEVER “Log OFF” from Payment Suite, simply close the tab. If you do logs off from Payment Suite, you will need to clear the cache and cookies from the web browser before you will be able to access the system again. Students should never enter their username and password into Payment Suite, they should only access the system through mySLU.

NOTE:  The Service Desk CANNOT provide authorized access for a student account nor can they reset passwords for those with authorized access. To reset the password, an individual with authorized access must go to Billpay.slu.edu, type in their personal email address, and click Forgot Password. A Link to reset password is set to the email if on file.
